D.W. Lee has had a long adventurous life, starting out as a Boy Scout, he spent his youth in the woods. From there, he went into the US Army, enjoying countless adventures there. After returning home, he went on many adventures that are the basis for many of his books. Currently the head of the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center, D.W. continues to have adventures that he can relate to in his books, both fictional books and in the books he writes about Bigfoot.
